It might be scary, it might be full of fright. You’ll never know unless you show! Dance the night away to live music by Gary the Band. Enjoy ghoulishly great cocktails and appetizers. Costumes optional, not required.

Come along on a tour of the cemetery while learning stories of mystery and mayhem – all about people from Rock County’s past. Take this evening stroll through the cemetery while hearing true tales from local expert Sherry Thurner and her team of historians.

Tour-goers will be led by local history experts sharing stories about accidental burials, grave robbing, grave digging, funeral customs and more. Tours focus on folklore and burial customs throughout history.

Death and Dying in the Victorian Era

New! Death and Dying Tour

The 90-minute tour explores five aspects of mourning in the Victorian era: a wake, post mortem photography, a séance, the bedroom of a dying person, and a display of mourning fashion. Wear black, if you desire, for an even more authentic experience!
