Parking & Accessibility

Ensuring safe and open access to

the campus via parking is an

immediate priority of the Campus

Plan. Several drop off locations are

also designated so that visitors with

limited mobility can easily enter any

campus site.

LOADING AREAS•

The Plan has designated on-street

parking spaces on N. Jackson Street

and Mineral Point Avenue for parking

and loading. Loading areas will serve

a variety of purposes and will be

particularly helpful for staff, caterers,

rental companies and other vendors.

Designated bus loading zones will

provide school groups and tours with

a clear and adequate area to off

load visitors.

PARKING•

The existing parking lot off of N.

Franklin Street provides the campus’

primary parking spaces and currently

provides 11 stalls. Parking expansion

opportunities immediately adjacent

to the parking lot would provide the

additional capacity to have 30 stalls.

ACCESS•

Two designated ADA parking spaces

are provided in the N. Franklin Street

parking lot. ADA space behind the

archives will need to be relocated to

a space in front of the archives

building on N. Jackson Street.
