Mudslinging in a campaign is nothing new and is almost an American pastime! Come and join us for a quick 25 minute Tallman Talk about the history of mudslinging in American politics and see & hear some of the absolute worst things people have said during a campaign. Then try out your best impersonation of campaign attack ads, while discovering what issues you care about the most.
Special guests will chime in and we should have a pretty entertaining evening talking about politics. Civility is encouraged and all political affiliations are welcome to an impromptu discussion of attack ads and why people hate them. Snacks will be available.
What does it cost? Nothing! However, if you really like us and want to chip in some money the suggested donation is $2 a person.
Meet in the Lower Gallery of the Museum Center.
*Please note: This is not a politically affiliated event and RCHS does not take a political stance in favor of any particular party, candidate, or issue, except historical preservation. All discussions should be civil in nature. This is supposed to be a fun event!*
