An unaired TV series, Strange Incorporated, will have its premier showing on October 15, 2016 in partnership with the Rock County Historical Society.
Strange Incorporated is an unaired 2-episode television series directed and shot by John Gage of Videogenics of Janesville in 2001. The pilot takes place around one of the most renowned haunted graveyards in Bachelor’s Grove, Ill. Episode two of the series was filmed at Manteno State Hospital, recognized as one of America’s premier haunted hospitals.
Unfortunately, before the second episode’s 30+ hours of film could be edited, Mr. Gage passed away in a tragic car accident. Now his daughters are taking over the editing the final episode of the 2001 TV series as a tribute to their father.
The premier will be held at 2:00 Saturday October 15th in the Helen Jeffris Wood Museum Center on the RCHS campus at 426 N. Jackson Street, Janesville. The showing will be free to the public; 75 seats are available. Following the screening, guests are invited to attend one of the night’s Spirits in the Night tour slots.
The RCHS Spirits in the Night tour is based on the mysterious, imaginary fates of an innocent, but cursed family in an epic Victorian-style tragedy. The attendees will discover for themselves the tangled web surrounding the family’s ultimate demise through a truly thrilling experience that takes place in the Lincoln-Tallman House.
